Victoria Beckham is one of our absolute fave celebs. Not only was she 1/5 of the Spice Girls, but she's also a pretty amazing fashion designer - and she's a dedicated working mum.

So, when Grazia caught up with Victoria backstage at her Spring Summer 2014 collection, they couldn't help asking her how she manages to juggle all of her responsibilities. And the talented fashionista was very candid in her response, admitting life has become something of a "juggling act":

"I’m very lucky, but I do feel guilty"

"It’s great because David’s here and my parents are here and they’re fantastic at helping take care of Harper. It’s a juggling act when you’re a working mum and I have help so I’m very lucky, but I do feel guilty. It’s a busy time for everybody in the fashion industry. For the next month, a lot of journalists are away from their families."

But, thankfully for Victoria, she is able to have her children around her - as seen by those adorable snaps of little Harper sitting in the front row at her mummy's fashion show.

So does the little toddler have any input on Victoria's designs?

"With Harper, she definitely has a point of view. If I’m going out for the night and I come downstairs, she’ll say, 'Ooh, nice dress mummy' or 'nice handbag mummy'. She’s very girlie, she’s very feminine, but at the same time she loves football."

"She’s very girlie, she’s very feminine, but at the same time she loves football."

"She loves to run around in football boots and a football shirt. She’s got three older brothers – she’s not one of these little girls who falls over and instantly cries because she’s used to it. She’s a little bit of rough and tumble in the garden with her brothers, which is really nice."

"I love her coming to fashion week because she does have a very girlie side too. I wish the boys could come but they’ve just started back at school so that’s why they’re not here."

Sounds very sensible to us; it's nice to hear that Victoria doesn't pluck her children out of school and disrupt their studies, like some celeb mums do.
