Speaking to OK! Magazine, Posh, 36, said: "I know David has never cheated on me. I really do believe that deep down that I have the most faithful husband I could hope for."
She was defending her marriage after recent rumours circulated suggesting that their relationship never fully got back on track after the 2004 affair claims.
Victoria also denied speculation that their marriage was was more business than pleasure these days, saying: "We are working on things together but our marriage is absolutely not a business arrangement. Could you, for all the money in the world? I couldn't."
She continued: "I can honestly say I am really lucky to have him. I couldn't live a lie and it would be unfair on the children."
Meanwhile, Posh identifies with Carrie Bradshaw/Sarah Jessica Parker of the Sex And The City 2 fame.
She said: "I’m so Sarah Jessica Parker. I just am. I have dressed her a couple of times and I have met her."
