But, instead of slipping back into her black Gucci minidress, the 41-year-old fashion designer will be cheering her friends on from the front row, as they celebrate 20 years since their debut single Wannabe.

It was alleged at the weekend that Scary Spice Mel B was furious with Victoria, after the latter declined to take part on the planned get-together in 2016.

But sources have claimed that Victoria has given the girls her blessing to go ahead with the planned performance without her, but made it clear she’ll be there to support them.

An insider told The Sun: “Victoria met Geri recently to have an afternoon together reminiscing about old times. Geri filled Victoria in on the plans for the reunion next year and while Victoria made it clear she couldn’t make it, she said she was more than happy for the girls to go ahead.”

The source added: “It’s wrong to suggest she would try and stop them doing it if the other girls wanted to.”

It’s thought that Victoria wants to leave her Posh Spice days behind her and focus on her successful high-fashion range, and being mum to her four children.

Last week 43-year-old Geri, who recently married Christian Horner, appeared on This Morning and confirmed the Spice Girls have been having talks about how to celebrate their milestone.

She said: “I think it’s flattering that people are so supportive of the Spice Girls individually and collectively.

“It’s one of those things that have been discussed. I think it’s nice to celebrate it in some way. I can say that there’s been talks. That’s fair and honest.”
