But according to mum Victoria, Harper would love to follow in her mum’s glamorous footsteps given the chance!
Victoria Beckham has revealed that she refrains from putting on make-up around her daughter to prevent her from copying.
‘I can't put on make-up when Harper's around, because she would join me immediately'
According to a UK newspaper, the 39 year-old fashion designer said: ‘I can't put on make-up when Harper's around, because she would join me immediately. She is a tomboy towards her brothers.’
Victoria also admitted she is aware of the pressure her children Brooklyn 14, Romeo 10, 8 year-old Cruz and little Harper face by having famous parents, but said that she does not spoil them and teaches them to use their celebrity status for the greater good.
Talking about how she discussed life in the spotlight when son Cruz, eight, asked: ‘Why is it good to be famous, mum?’
Victoria said: ‘My answer was, “When you’re famous you have a certain power to do good things”'.
‘That is how we started talking about charity. Cruz was really sweet and said, “When people listen to what I say, I could spread some good messages."'
Victoria said: ‘The kids are under a lot of pressure to perform. I don’t want to pressure them. They should be keen and reach as much as possible. But the most important thing is they are happy.’
‘They lead a very privileged life but they don’t get everything they ask for. We always tell them how lucky they are.’
Referring to ten-year-old Romeo’s recent modelling work for Burberry, she said: ‘I asked if he wanted to do it and he said, “Sure, sounds fun”. And he really had a lot of fun.
“When you’re famous you have a certain power to do good things”
‘Will he do it again? I don’t know. He’s more interested in school and sports right now.’
And it seems there is no end to the Beckham broods’ talents - former popstar Victoria revealed that the her sons are musically talented.
‘We’re a musical family,’ she said, adding: ‘The boys are in the choir and play guitar. I sing with them in the car like every mum. But I won’t sing professionally ever again.’
A Beckham boyband? That’s something we’d love to see!
