While Romeo Beckham has been living it up on a string of back-to-back dates, mum Victoria is worried about how this will look for the family brand

He’s been embracing the single life since his split from long-term girlfriend, Mia Reagan – recently enjoying boozy nights out with two American models within days of one another. And now insiders say that Romeo Beckham’s latest antics have sparked concern from mum Victoria Beckham.

Earlier this month, Romeo, 22, was snapped leaving a London Fashion Week party with influencer Amelia Gray Hamlin, 23 – the ex of reality star Scott Disick – just days after taking model Sophie Julia on a date to celeb hotspot Chiltern Firehouse. And last week, he was spotted with NY-based photographer Gray Sorrenti at the YSL after party during Paris Fashion Week.

And pals say his behaviour has worried Victoria, 50, who fears her son’s womanising antics could not only damage his own reputation, but tarnish Brand Beckham too.

A source says, ‘Vic’s become deeply concerned that Romeo is turning into a Lothario, and that his womanising ways could get him into trouble if he continues on this path. She’s always prided herself on her kids being polite and respectful people, so this “player” persona that Romeo has been giving off recently is bothering her.

‘While she understands Romeo wants to enjoy his single life, she fears he’s not thinking about the ramifications of how it could not only give him a bad name and have a knock-on effect on his career, but how badly it could damage the family.

‘He’s dating influencers and models who clearly want to be famous, and she worries about them trying to cash-in on his name and spilling private details about their family – especially if he’s going from woman to woman, leaving them feeling scorned and giving off the bed-hopping vibe.’

Romeo split from model Mia, 21, in February following a five-year on/off romance which started when they were just 16 years old. Their split came just two months after moving in together.

Last month, it was reported that the budding footballer decided to leave his team, Brentwood FC, to pursue a career in fashion – a decision which Closer revealed had created tension between Posh and her husband, David, 49.

And pals say Posh’s latest fears have led to fresh strain between the couple, who also share sons, Brooklyn, 25, and Cruz, 19, as well as 13-year-old daughter, Harper, together.

The source adds, ‘Knowing David would be spending some one-on-one time with Romeo last weekend in New York, she urged him to have a heart-to-heart with their son and encourage him to reign-in his recent antics.

‘David thought that they shouldn’t interfere and just let him enjoy himself like any other young guy his age and that he shouldn’t be punished for being in the public eye.

‘Vic was initially upset and felt unsupported by David, but once he reminded her of their vow to ensure the kids had the most “normal” upbringing possible and to trust that Romeo’s not going to put himself or the family in jeopardy, it settled her nerves.

‘While she’s still on edge and understandably worries about all her children and their decisions, she is doing her best to have faith in her son and hold onto the hope that when he does find love again, it will be with The One.’
