But it's not just the boys – Brooklyn, Romeo and Cruz – who want to follow in 40-year-old David's footsteps: Victoria, 41, has revealed their little girl Harper Seven, four, wants to kick a ball around for a living.
The fashion designer appeared on Good Morning Britain this week, and admitted Harper's ambition wasn't what she'd expected.
Victoria said: "She said to me the other day, 'MummyI think I want to play football'. [It was] a dagger through the heart. I have three boys who want to play football, come on, let one of them want to be in fashion."
She continued: "[Harper] loves fashion as all little girls do, she loves putting makeup on and playing with my shoes. She's a tomboy, she has three brothers."
It appears Victoria will always lose the battle when it comes to football – even when she's trying to stop the kids from playing it in the house.
"They're still fin and they still run around the house and they're still crazy. They're dancing and kicking footballs around, which I don't allow them to do.
"That seems to be the one area I can't discipline them, they will not stop playing football in the house."
