Victoria Beckham looks back on past outfits: “Did I really wear skirts that short?”

Following the announcement that she is set to auction off 600 pieces from her iconic wardrobe to raise money for charity, Victoria Beckham has reflected on Twitter.

The fashion designer, 40, will sell items from her impeccably stylish collection to raise funds and awareness for charity Mothers2Mothers, which works to stop the transmission of HIV from mothers to babies in South Africa.

Victoria's auction will include some of her most iconic looks, and the former Spice Girl took to Twitter yesterday to reflect on some of her old looks.

She posted a snap of herself wearing a floor-length bight yellow dress, with the caption: "Ready for a blast from the past?! Brace yourselves!"

VB then shared another picture in which she is wearing a tiny checked skirt and black vest, writing: "Find me a new home! Wow, did I really wear skirts that short??"

The collection will be sold through The Outnet, which is part of the Net-a-Porter group.

Mum-of-four Victoria was inspired to get involved with Mothers2Mothers after a 'life-changing' trip to South Africa.

She said: "After spending just a few days with these remarkable women and learning more about the charity from Mitch, and his lovely wife Annie Lennox, I wanted to do as much as I could.
