Victoria Beckham: ‘Harper has a better social life than I do!’

It's hard being a mum - especially when your kids seem to have more of a social life than you do!

Thankfully, in a recent interview, Victoria Beckham seems pretty happy watching Harper, who is 5 years old, grow up and make friends. '[Harper] works very hard at school and is very sociable, so has a lot of friends,'she said.

'She has a better social life than I do!'

Not only is Harper having a right old time of it, but Victoria also gushed about her other kids: Brooklyn, 17, Romeo, 14, and Cruz, 11. 'My children are all very happy and that's the most crucial thing - they are happy, confident and secure in themselves,' she said.

The interview comes shortly after Victoria told the press that she 'doesn't have a social life', preferring to make sure her and husband David are there for the children themselves rather than getting paid help.

'My four children and David are my first ­priority,' she said. 'When there's a play on or a ­parent/teacher meeting, I'm there.'

'David and I are rarely away at the same time. We do the homework, the bath time and the bed time.'

'Paying someone to do those things for you to make your life easier isn't wrong but they're important to me.'
