She came under fire from fans after claiming that she’d never been tempted by a cosmetic procedure – despite having previously admitted to a boob job in 2017. Opening up in an interview last week, Victoria Beckham insisted, “I haven’t been tempted by a cosmetic procedure, but never say never. It’s whatever makes anybody feel good about themselves. I would rather celebrate who I am and be the best version of myself rather than change too much.”
The comments appeared to jar with a 2017 interview Posh, 45, gave to Vogue, in which she seemed to confirm having a boob job after years of denial – saying, “I should probably say, don’t mess with your boobs. All those years I denied it – stupid. A sign of insecurity. Just celebrate what you’ve got.”
And her latest denial sparked a scandal, with angry social media users calling her out in comments that were liked hundreds of times. One critic posted, “Such a liar. Lied before about the fake implants, and lying still.” Another wrote, “Her kids have her original nose.... for now at least”, while another claimed, “BS she’s had a nose job, fillers and Botox for an army”.
Confusingly, the fashionista had also seemed to hint she’d had a boob job but later had the implants removed while talking to a magazine in 2014 about her style evolution. Pointing to a photo of herself with a larger bust, she said, “I don’t have them any more. I think I may have purchased them.”

'She's had a nose job with subtle changes'
Surgeon Mark says, "It's difficult with noses, because they can appear narrower due to clever make-up and contouring. It looks as though she's had some good work done to improve the shape of her nose. There are some subtle but definite changes."
'Her lips have been filled out'
"Victoria's lips appear much fuller and, to me, it's clear she's had filler injected into them to achieve a fuller pout," says surgeon Mark. "Lips tend to get thinner with age, so it would appear she's had help to keep them looking full."
'Her boobs were boosted with implants'
Surgeon Mark says, "She admitted having a boob job in an interview two years ago, and it's obvious from these pictures that she's had a breast augmentation. Her breasts are much rounder and boosted here – something you couldn't achieve simply by using a bra."

While Posh has generally remained tight-lipped about surgery, she’s previously insisted her youthful looks are down to an intense beauty regime.
Opening up to Closer earlier this year, the fashion designer’s facialist, Dr Harold Lancer, revealed she loved getting £1,000 Legacy facials – called the “Cinderella” or “foetus” facial because of its supposed ability to make skin look as “fresh as a newborn” for 24 hours after the treatment. It includes a caviar mask, an eye mask made from crushed pearls, a stem cell treatment and an LED light shone on the face while it’s blasted with pure oxygen – with the effects lasting around two weeks.
But is Posh’s changing appearance down to expensive skincare, or has she succumbed to the surgeon’s knife? Closer asked top plastic surgeon Mark Ho-Asjoe for his opinion.
