The 40-year-old fashion designer, who also has sons Brooklyn, 15, Romeo, 11, and nine-year-old Cruz with former footballer David, 39, has been accused of 'stunting Harper's speech' by allowing her to use a pacifier.
After Victoria was spotted in LA this week, clutching Harper who was using the 'offending item', an 'expert' told the Daily Mail:
"Most people agree that prolonged use of the dummy can damage teeth, by pushing them forwards and getting them misaligned.
"It can also affect speech development, because so many mothers stick a dummy in their toddler's mouth to shut the toddler up. The toddler just sits there sucking on its dummy and doesn't talk or do anything."

But many have hit back, insisting it's not that much of a big deal, and pointing out that we don't actually know how much time Harper spends with her dummy.
One Twitter user summed it up perfectly, writing: "The media slamming Harper Beckham for having a dummy aged 3. Leeeeeave it yeh. As long as she doesn't graduate with it who cares [sic]."
We think VB and David do a great job juggling their children with their busy work lives, especially as she was recently named the UK's most successful entrepreneur.
The former Spice Girl is now worth an estimated £210m, and her successful fashion label turned over £30 in the last year alone.
Do you think Victoria should be judged for letting Harper use a dummy?
