Vicky recently slimmed from a size 16 to a size 6 - losing three stone - by overhauling her diet and getting a personal trainer.

'I haven't cut out any one thing - I've just become more sensible. I don't eat white bread of pre-packed sandwiches. I have plenty of veg, but not so much fruit because it's full of natural sugar. I eat sweet potatoes instead of white ones.'

On the new MTV series Ex On The Beach, Vicky is joined by her former lover, Australian NRL star Daniel Conn, 27.

She met the rugby star when Geordie Shore filmed their break to Australia last year.
