Vicky Pattison has appeared across many TV shows since leaving Geordie Shore, and viewers of Loose Women have loved watching her on the daytime chat show.

The gorgeous brunette took to Instagram to announce her joyful news and fans were also very happy to see her confirm her new role.

Posting a collage of photos from her previous appearances on the ITV show, Vicky posted: “I LOVE my @loosewomen and @itvthismorning appearances and I'm so happy that as of next week I'll be on the @loosewomen panel every Wednesday!!!! Yay!!! #VickysSummerTakeover [sic]”

One fan commented on her post: “Well done Vicky. Hard work paid off. Lovely girl. So relatable. I'll be tuning in xx”

“Yayyy! Just in time for me finishing up for maternity leave and being able to watch loose women,” another excitedly wrote.

One added: “Just an everyday girl making it big.....an inspiration. Enjoy xxx”

There are approximately 16 regular Loose Women panellists, led by fan favourites Ruth Langsford, Coleen Nolan and Andrea Mclean.

Other regular panellists for the show include Nadia Sawalha, Linda Robson, Jane Moore and Janet Street-Porter, amongst more recent regular Loose Women like Katie Price and Gloria Hunniford.

Reports earlier this month suggested Vicky’s appearance on the show might be more regular, and a source told The Mirror that she was a “natural fit”.

“Loose Women is incredibly important to Vicky and she has absolutely loved every minute of being on the show," the source said.

“She proved a natural fit for the role and got on really well with the other ladies.

"Although she has tons of other work commitments she’s putting this gig at the top of her list of priorities to really make an impact.”

And it seems as though Vicky has now cleared her diary of other commitments to appear every Wednesday as a Loose Woman.

Loose Women airs weekdays at 12:30pm on ITV.
