In the past two years, Vicky Pattison has completely transformed herself from the fun-loving party girl – who shot to fame as the feistiest housemate on Geordie Shore – into a fitness-focused, wholesome TV presenter.

However despite her turnaround, Vicky, 28, admits she still struggles to control her temper and worries her boozy nights out could destroy everything she’s worked so hard for, so she’s turned to therapy to help curb her drunken rages.

She says: “I’m having therapy to curb my booze-filled partying, when I first went in I was sobbing, unearthing issues I didn’t know I had.

“For years I told myself I was a horrible person and an awful drunk.

"I’d ignored the fact that I’m a control freak and situations that I can’t control, like Geordie Shore where you’re told where to go, what to say and who to be with, trigger something in me.

"Add alcohol to the mix and it was obvious why I behaved the way I did at certain times.”
