The Geordie Shore star, 27, has spent the last year promoting her three-stone weight loss but has admitted she isn’t obsessed with working out.

Speaking to OK! Online, Vicky said: “I was really driven and really focused when I was doing the fitness DVD, it was my life.

“I love being fit and healthy but at the minute I’m really busy and I’m at a weight where I’m comfortable.

“If I get to exercise, brilliant, but if not, I’m not going to beat myself up about it.”

But that doesn’t mean Vicky’s planning to go back to her old ways completely. She continued: “I can still control what happens.

“I’ve just relaxed. As long as you do well 80 per cent of the time – eat well, do your workout at the gym or at home, take supplements, whatever – and then have a big night out with the lasses, that’s fine.”

And Vicky once again dismissed any rumours of a feud between her and former co-stars Holly Hagan and Charlotte Crosby.

He said: “It couldn’t be further from the truth. I looked after Holly and Charlotte for four years! Just because I’ve left I haven’t turned my back on them.”
