The Valleys star took to Instagram to share a picture of her little girl, and insisted even the drawn-out pain had been worth it.
Alongside the adorable snap, Lateysha, 22, wrote: "I can't stop staring at her! She was worth every bit of pain [sic]."
Tweeting the news, she added: "I'm officially a mum after the worst three days of slow labour! I'm so in love I can't believe I've created something so beautiful [sic]."
Lateysha also revealed her daughter's gorgeous name – she gushed: "Wynter Anna Grace Charles. 7 pounds 7, born at 8.19 am [sic]."
Earlier this week Lateysha admitted the thought of becoming a mother for the first time scared her.
She uploaded a sweet snap of her with boyfriend Ben and wrote: "I'm petrified but excited ! We are about to become parents pretty soon. Thanks for the well wishes [sic]."
Lateysha confirmed she was expecting in May this year, but her happy announcement was almost ruined when she was fat shamed by vile Twitter trolls.
Despite the negative comments, she refused to let them spoil her moment and hit back in the best way.
She tweeted: "You can call me fat all you like… but the thing is it doesn't hurt me! I'm carrying a child one of the most amazing things a woman can do so I'm going to embrace it! I don't mind being 'fat' ATM [sic]."
