He was grinning from ear to ear after scooping the £250,000 prize and the chance to work along Lord Sugar

But Uzma Yakoob, who took part in the show last year and runs her own successful beauty range, says the business guru opted for the safer option when he picked Mark Wright over Bianca Miller.

Uzma says: "If the competition was over who’s business idea is better, then Bianca definitely deserved to win hands down with her hosiery range, because Mark’s business proposition is far from exciting. But I think Lord Sugar used up all of his risk factor last year when he crowned Leah Totten as his business partner and invested in her successful Botox clinics.

"As monotonous as Mark's Climb Online sounds as a business proposition, he's still an expert in his field and I do not doubt for a second that he will not succeed. People do not realise how important it is to know not only your product but also your business inside out before even starting it. This doesn’t just take research, it takes years and years of experience. With Mark, Lord Sugar has gone with the safe option."

And Uzma admits her own life has been non-stop since appearing on the show.

She adds: "My life has always been ‘all systems go’ and through my work I am never in one place for long enough. My business currently is situated in London and Dubai, which means I fly back and forth a lot. I recently got married and since then have tried to slow down a little bit. But saying that this is the calm before the storm because my new make-up line Smoke & Rouge is to be launched next year and I know from January my life will quickly become hectic again.

"Yes, I know it all sounds demanding but I can’t deny that I absolutely love what I do. In order to succeed and the answer to my success today is my passion for what I do, my hard work to achieve what I believe, and my faith that will never let me down."
