Where do you shop for food?
I like to go local for that day's food, so I buy fish at the fishmonger's and meat at the butcher's. I go to Sainsbury's for my big shops.
What are your vices?
Chocolate! I don't eat loads, but when I have PMT, I devour it! Green & Black's dark chocolate is my favourite.
Is there anything you don't eat?
I never eat white bread, as it bloats me and has no goodness in it. I don't eat much meat either - only occasionally, when my body needs it.
Tell us about your diet
I don't follow a specific diet, but I'm careful about what I eat. I have lots of fresh fruit, veg, seeds and wholegrains. I start the day with a massive breakfast of fruit, almonds and yoghurt. Then I have a small lunch, maybe a tuna salad, and a light dinner - chicken or fish with salad or veg. I don't tend to eat anything after 6pm.'

'I'm trying to quit coffee, I'm sure it gives me cellulite!'

What's your favourite food?
Spaghetti or lobster. I'd choose lobster in a restaurant, but I'd never cook it myself. I make a mean lamb casserole and good steamed fish with veg.
And to drink?
I drink far too much caffeine. I'll have a massive cup of tea to start the day, then a skinny or soya latte after yoga. I'm trying to quit coffee, though - I'm sure it gives me cellulite!
Nutritionist Kate Cook says:
'Jayne's philosophy of eating a big breakfast, light lunch and even lighter dinner is really sensible, and shopping only when she needs to ensures her food is as fresh as possible. Her fridge has a good mix of fruit and veg, plus lots of salmon and mackerel. These are full of essential omega-3 fats - great for keeping her in top shape. Her healthy diet means the odd piece of chocolate won't do her any harm at all.'
