TOWIE star Vas accused Tulisa, 26, of punching him during an altercation at V Festival in Chelmsford in 2013.

The former X Factor judge today appeared at London’s Snaresbrook Crown Court, where judge David Radford said: “We find that she did strike Mr Morgan.”

Tulisa claimed that Vas was stalking her, and followed her while they were at the music festival.

She said: “I said something along the lines of ‘Stop, you’re not going any further. Stop following me.’”

According to Tulisa, Vas shouted: “You’re a nobody, your career is finished.” She then admitted there was a ‘Kerfuffle’.

Vas claimed he was not stalking Tulisa and insisted he had no interest in her or The X Factor, which she was a judge on at the time.

Tulisa insisted he was making up the assault for attention, adding: “He has been given a role in a reality TV show since the first trial.”

When counsel Simon Gledhill insisted Vas claiming he wasn’t interested in X Factor was a ‘complete lie’, he responded: “What must be a complete lie? There’s lots of celebrity things happening daily that I don’t have any interest in.”
