The former N-Dubz singer, 26, can finally move forward following the collapse of her drugs court case, and she's keeping her fans updated on her progress.

She shared a snap of a studio microphone on Instagram, with the caption: "Back to business"

It seems that Tulisa wants to be in the best possible shape for her comeback too, as she uploaded a picture yesterday of herself working out. She wrote: "We still at it everyday"

According to reports, Tulisa will use her new music to document her 'year from hell'.

A source told the Mirror her new material will be still be 'urban pop' but with a 'darker flavour'.

They added: "Tulisa isn't shy about speaking her mind. A lot songs will detail the hell she's been through over the past 12 months.

"She won't be pulling any punches and some of it could be pretty dark and twisty."

After not being able to work for a year, Tulisa seems to be bouncing back OK.

As well as the new music, she is heavily rumoured to be making a return to the X Factor for the new series.

Louis Walsh hinted that she will be jointing him at judge's houses as a guest mentor.
