The 27-year-old allegedly crashed her Ferrari in North London yesterday and was arrested and breathalysed as a result.

After being checked over by officers, singer Tulisa was then taken to a local police station.

A police spokesman confirmed that a woman remains in custody.

“Police were called shortly before midnight on Thursday [10 Sept] to outside Southgate Underground Station following reports of two cars in collision,” a statement read.

“Officers and London Fire Brigade. There were no reported injuries. One of the drivers, a 27-year-old woman, was arrested on suspicion of drink-driving and taken to an East London police station.”

The police declined to reveal the results of the breathalyser test, but reports claim it was positive.

Last year Tulisa was caught up in a ‘drugs sting’, when an undercover reporter recorded her claiming she could buy him cocaine.

However the case collapsed and was thrown out of court, when the judge revealed he had strong reason to believe evidence had been tampered with.

Tulisa said afterwards: “This whole case was a horrific and disgusting entrapment.”
