Costas, 24, is the son of Greek-Cypriot property tycoon Andreas Panayiotou. The businessman is rumoured to be worth over £400 million.
A source told the Mail Online: “They really hit it off. They have a lot in common and share several friends and interests, as well as a Greek-Cypriot background.

“Costas is a bit younger but that doesn’t seem to matter. It’s exciting. They’ve had a great time.”
Tulisa, 26, has had a difficult year, which has seen her stand trial for drugs charges. Though the trial eventually collapsed on the grounds of unreliable evidence, the pop star admitted in a documentary following the case that she was preparing to go to jail.

Costas himself has also had his own brush with the law.
He was recently handed a suspended sentence following a confrontation with a nightclub bouncer in Soho earlier this year.
The former X Factor judge has even made a triumphant return to the popular talent show, acting as a helping hand to Louis Walsh during the ‘judges houses’ stage of the competition.
Furthermore, boss Simon Cowell has not ruled out a more permanent role for the star.
