TOWIE star Kate Wright reveals secret to her super toned body

TOWIE's Kate Wright returned from her girls holiday in Ibiza just earlier this week, but she's already spilling the beans on how she gets and maintains her enviable figure.

In an exclusive interview with the MailOnline, Kate said "I don't really diet, I just try and eat healthy... but I love eating bad as well!

I try and eat healthy five days of the week so that if I want a takeaway at the weekend I can have one.

I push myself to my limits when I work out so if I want to have a drink or eat some bad food at the weekend, I can".

Kate's bikini body went down a treat with her followers while sunning herself in Spain too, with one commenting "serious body goals", and another "Ridiculous how stunning you actually are!".

The TOWIE star has revealed that she sometimes excercises up to seven days per week, adding "I don’t believe in dieting, I just believe in trying to eat healthy and living a healthy lifestyle. It's all about balance!'

I do train seven days a week and I have a personal trainer for four of those, so I train really hard too. I love going to the gym. If I get up in the morning and go to the gym it just sets my day off straight.

I can think straight, and it releases endorphins so I just feel so much better once I've been". Yikes!

Kate split from ex-beau Dan Edgar in July, following an on/off six-year-long romance. The pair then more recently found themselves arguing at Bobby Norris' 30th birthday party after Kate had been accused of sleeping with one of fellow TOWIE star John Clarke's best friends.
