Lauren has been hard at work filming for TOWIE series 11, and the star has also been enjoying dishing out some romantic advice to some of her cast mates.
‘It’s been really good… There’s a lot going on,’ she says- and she isn’t wrong!
Essex is never boring, but just a few episodes in and this series is set to one of the most explosive yet!
Recently, Lauren has been helping out old friend Mario, and giving him a good talking to on texting etiquette.
‘I said it was rude to ignore girl’s text messages and be a gentleman and reply.’
Lauren has luckily never suffered such treatment from any wannabe lotharios.
‘I’ve never had someone ignore me… I’d be fuming,’ she says.
Though Lauren and Mario have been linked in the past, the two are now purely platonic.
‘Its just friendship,’ she says. ‘I speak more to Charlie than to Mario, Mario and I friendly but I wouldn’t go to him for advice. I’m closer to Charlie, Tom and Diags.’
Like the rest of us, Lauren has a particularly soft spot for Diags: ‘He is so quick witted, to have that wit you’ve got to have intelligence.’
Lauren’s been making sure she's there for her mate as he struggles with his feelings for housemate Fran.
‘Its hard for him to do that as he’s not being himself, he’s been a bit sad, but I’ve been trying to cheer him up a bit.’
‘Everyone just wants to see him with a nice girl.’
Lauren has been doing her best to understand poor Diags’ predicament: ‘I’ve never had that situation when I’ve lived with someone that I’ve fancied but can imagine it’s pretty awkward.’
Lauren revealed that she hasn’t seen Mario out and about as much thanks to his vow of celibacy.
‘I don’t think he’s broken it YET, but we’ll see. I think he’s trying to keep his head clear and as his friend I support him,’ reveals Lauren.
So has Lauren ever considered a man ban?
‘No I have not!' she laughs.
'Nooo! I think I’m pretty laid back with my approach to a lot things, I don’t think I would go on a man ban. I don’t think you should go out of your way to change your life path.’
Lauren’s laid back attitude means she’s able to deflect negative comments from cruel Twitter trolls.
‘It doesn’t bother me. I’ve been told about 10, 20, 30 times I look like an alien.'
‘I think its really sad and embarrassing for these people to take time out of their day to TYPE a message to someone to say they look bad. I think all women should stick together, don’t publicly out someone about the way they look.’
‘No one likes to feel like shit and I don’t understand how people get a kick about making people feel like shit. It baffles me.’
Lauren doesn’t let the negativity get to her and she now feels truly comfortable in her own skin.
‘First time in a long time I’m happy in my body.'
‘When you get to your late 20s things just don’t stay as tight as they used to and you have to work harder to maintain your body. My body is at the best it’s ever been.’
After a little bird told us that Lauren had been spotted at Beyonce’s concert in London with musician Wretch 32, we couldn’t help but ask the TOWIE star if there was a possible romance on the card.

‘We’ve been friends for years,’ Lauren clarified. ‘He’s a genuine friend and we speak every single day. He’s really supportive of the clothing line.’
And it’s the clothing line that Lauren is currently focusing her efforts on.
‘It’s all very affordable,’ she says, ‘but still quality and on trend. Lots of floral and sport luxe, PVC, slogan tees. I’m hoping there’s something there for everyone.’
Lauren’s style is quite different from the rest of the TOWIE girls, but she admits that she likes how Sam Faiers dresses: ‘She looks cool.’
Lauren says she likes to take more girly items and mix them with her edgier style.
‘I like wearing black weather t-shirt with a floral skirt and a pair of boots.'
