The Reality star dumped her errant lover back in April amid rumours he had been playing away from home, but Lucy is taking the opportunity to get fitter and more healthy.
She has been posting pictures of her toned body on Twitter and Instagram alongside photos of the delicious meals she’s started eating.
Recently she told an interviewer: “I noticed a difference in myself, I felt healthier, had lots more energy, I was more toned.
“I've lost all my cellulite, my body feels amazing and I've even started to get little abs,” she went on to say.
The Essex star credits this lifestyle change to her Results With Lucy programme, a new venture which seeks to help other women tone up and improve their fitness.
It focuses particularly on troublesome areas like bums and stomachs by combining strength training with cardio and healthy eating.
Lucy also maintains her bod by cutting out unnecessary carbs and stocking her plate with leafy greens and proteins.
For breakfast she’ll have porridge or scrambled eggs with Parma ham, followed by a mid-morning green juice smoothie and sushi for lunch.
Dinner usually consists of grilled salmon with spinach, tomatoes and sweet potato mash and a cup of peppermint tea.
