The 26-year-old has admitted a fling with former TOWIE star Amy Childs ahead of the new series of Towie which starts on ITV2 this Sunday.

Speaking about his autobiography Living It Arg, which is released next month, Arg told TVBiz:
“There’s a couple of little secrets. I cheated on Lydia with a former cast member.
“Something happened with me and Amy. We got caught in the toilets at the ITV Christmas party.”
