TOWIE OG James ‘Diags’ Bennewith has taken to Instagram to praise the “stongest geezer” he knows as his younger brother Jack returns from hospital after brain surgery.
Opening up about the horrifying ordeal, James revealed Jack had suffered a brain aneurysm and two bleeds on the brain, and thanked staff at Addenbrookes hospital in Cambridge for caring for him.
“He’s coming back home, after suffering a brain aneurysm and two bleeds on the brain... then having to have a brain operation for 8 and a half hours, all by himself as Covid means you can’t even visit the ward!” he wrote.

Shelby Tribble and Tom McDonnell
Tom McDonnell joined TOWIE alongside a whole host of newbies including Harry Lee and Chloe Brockett in 2019 and soon caught the eye of Shelby Tribble following her split from Sam Mucklow.Sam soon came back on the scene though and Shelby dumped Tom to reunite with her ex. Sam and Shelby later quit the show together and are now expecting their first child.

He went on to urge followers to be mindful of symptoms like Jack’s, writing, "If you ever feel unwell or being sick, headaches, stiff neck please go get checked out because you never know what it might be 🙏❤️."
Diags’ former TOWIE co-stars took to the comments with messages of support, with James ‘Arg’ Argent writing, “We love you Jack ❤️” and Mario Falcone saying, “Wish him a speedy recovery mate ❤️”.

Diags returned to TOWIE this year for it’s 28th series, and during an episode of TOWIE: Dragged Out with RuPaul’s A’Whora, couldn’t help but throw shade at his ex, Fran Parman,who appeared alongside him on the show from 2014 – 2015, before they split in 2017.
However, during a brief return last year for the TOWIE 10 year reunion – which also saw Amy Childs, Mario Falcone and Nicole Bass make an appearance – Fran admitted that things were still “awkward” between the pair as they’d been sleeping together until 2019.
