Just last week, Georgia Kousoulou was enjoying a beautiful sunny holiday in Mexico with her boyfriend Tommy Mallet.

However her joy was cut short when she landed back in the UK.

The TOWIE star took to social media to share her heartbreak with fans after learning that her beloved dog, Raphy, had been attacked.

Sharing a snap of her pooch in hospital, she wrote on Instagram: “Landed to tears to hear my baby was attacked by a fox and was in doggy hospital overnight.

“Cuddles all day.”

She added firmly: “Not letting him out of my sight!”

Fans immediately flocked to send their love to Georgia and her pet, with one writing: “Aww that's awful wishing him a speedy recovery.”

Another added: “Same happened to my niece's Jack Russell sadly - sending cuddles from us too.”

“Omg,” wrote another, shocked at Ralph’s injuries. “So sad, wishing him well.”

Georgia reassured her fans that she was doing everything she could to keep her precious pup happy.

“He’s not left my side,” she told one fan firmly.

“But he kept me up all night, bless him.”

However, while little Ralph looked glum in his plastic cone and bandages, it seems as if vets have worked hard to get him back on his paws.

Following the flood of get well messages, Georgia took to Twitter to share an update with fans.

She wrote: “Thanks for all your messages about Ralphy! He is on medication and getting better.”

We imagine the news came as a relief to Georgia, who had been separated from her pet for a few days due to her and Tommy’s holiday in Mexico's exotic Riviera Maya .

The couple shared a plethora of snapshots from their trip, which featured a LOT of bikinis, sunshine, and sparkling blue swimming pools.

It definitely looks as if they celebrated Tommy’s 24th birthday in style, doesn’t it?

The couple have been dating for a year and a half now, and recently opened up to OK! magazine about their wedding dreams.

“We’ll have a big Greek and Irish-themed wedding,” Tommy told the magazine.

“You get to smash plates, do some mad Greek dancing and pin £50 notes on each other!”

N’aww - we hope we get an invite!
