Sometimes the incentive behind celebrities overhauling their body is the potential lure of a fitness DVD deal.
And, let's face it, we’re much more likely to buy a DVD with a well-known body and face on the front, right?
These stars work incredibly hard and put in some serious graft when it comes to solidly focusing on all things diet and exercise – so why shouldn’t they reap the rewards?
However, there is one reality star who is 100% against the idea of fitness DVDs and the risk they could potentially have to people’s health.
TOWIE’s Danielle Armstrong has come forward to hit out at certain celebs (but named no names) and their unhealthy approach to yo-yo dieting.
Taking to Twitter, Danielle said:
"These celebrities that put weight on say they are happy bigger then you no they are going to bring out DVD & extreme weight loss [sic].
"It’s not good for your body to yoyo diet and money isn’t worth risking your health."
Danni may be offending a few of her TOWIE castmates with this statement, as Lauren Goodger, Billie Faiers and Lydia Bright have all had put their name to a fitness DVD.
Her pal's decisions definitely hasn’t stopped her being passionate about this subject though, as she took her rant over to Snapchat, continuing:
"Fair enough if you've lost a lot of weight and you get a DVD out and things like that, that's great. When you've put a lot of weight on 2 or 3 times, getting papped, then losing it…"
