The 27-year-old has shown off a much trimmer build lately and won praise for sticking to his new lifestyle.
TOWIE star Arg spent Christmas in rehab after falling into bad habits, but he seems to have left all of that behind him.
Boxing club Sugar Ray’s recently shared a before and after picture of Arg, and we almost couldn’t believe it was the same person!
They wrote: “Amazing what a bit of #Hardwork #Dedication can do for you @RealJamesArgent #Towie #Boxing”
Arg shared his surprise at the difference in the two pictures. He replied: “OMG at the time I just didn’t realise how big I actually was! This gives me motivation to keep going!”
Since shedding the weight and working out his problems, Arg has appeared happier than we’ve ever seen him on the Essex-based reality show.
Last night he stepped out with the boys to celebrate Charlie Sims’ 23rd birthday.
He shared a snap of him with the birthday boy, Mario Falcone and Joey Essex.
Arg wrote: “Happy birthday to @charliesims_ Dinner and great banter at Alec’s restaurant Tonight with @JoeyEssex_ and the boys!!!”
