The BBC have revealed that they have suspended TV presenter Jeremy Clarkson over a ‘fracas’ with a Top Gear producer.
The broadcasting corporation say that Jeremy, 54, will not be able to return to work ‘pending an investigation’.
The BBC added: "No one else has been suspended. Top Gear will not be broadcast this Sunday.”
The controversial host was given a ‘final warning’ last year after a tape emerged of him appearing to use a racist slur.
The BBC said last year that Clarkson would be sacked from Top Gear if he made "one more offensive remark, anywhere, at any time".
Following racism claims against Clarkson, he was forced to ‘flee’ Argentina whilst filming in the country.
The presenter allegedly got into hot water when he made a comment about a license plate which referred to the Falklands war.
According to TV critic Toby Earle, Clarkson’s suspension comes as no surprise.
He told the BBC: "This incident is the one that's really forced management to take action.
"Part of the show's appeal, to many viewers, has been it's sort of edginess and the fact that it's rough around the edges - in some ways takes no prisoners.
"But of course there is a very delicate line to tread with that, and it has crossed that line I feel."
