Tila Tequila, 32, covered her breasts in the black and white photograph, focusing attention on her blossoming baby bump.

The former reality star made sure to post an inspirational message to pregnant women everywhere, telling them that they are 'beautiful' and should never be 'ashamed' of their bumps.

She wrote: "A pregnant woman's body is a beautiful thing! You should never be ashamed of such a blessing!

"I'm just here working in my office on my new website, and my jean shorts busted open since I'm now growing at a rapid rate! Lol!

Tila, who rose to fame on MTV fating show A Shot At Love With Tila Tequila, shocked her fans in April when she announced in a Facebook posting that she was 10 weeks pregnant with her first child.

And it seems as if pregnancy has helped to 'heal' Tila, who has had a difficult few years following the death of her fiancee Casey Johnson in 2010.

She said: "I never knew such a love like this could exist, but I guess motherhood can truly change some people. I know it has definitely changed me, and I'm already thinking about having more."

The baby's father, Thomas Whitaker, announced in April that he is no longer pushing a relationship with Tila - real name Tila Nuyen.
