We've become so accustomed to the beardy, muscular and generally quite handsome Spencer Matthews that it seems impossible to think of him at any other stage of his life.
When we think back to the first Spenny we saw on Made In Chelsea, all long-ish hair and baker boy hats – it makes us feel a little bit uneasy.
So imagine our faces when he dropped the biggest throwback we have ever seen. Seriously, is this Spencer Matthews or just some random cute kid? Look at those cheeks. Look at that bowl-cut. Look at that innocent little smile.
Altogether now 'Awwwwwww'.

Spenny has been on a little life journey of late, after quitting *I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! *due to a reliance on "steriod-based medication" – aka steroids.
He's back and he's feeling better than ever. He's even picked himself up after being friendzoned by fellow I'm A Celebrity campmate Vicky Pattison.
He told heat recently that their relationship is much better off staying on the friendly kind:
"Vicky and I have enjoyed several lovely dates and went to Monaco together.
"We get along famously and as a result of that we have decided to be very good friends."
