She has been ordered to pay £10,000 to cover the case's costs
Former Shameless star Tina Malone broke down in tears during a TV interview, after being given an eight-month suspended prison sentence for sharing a photo of Jon Venables online.
The 56-year-old actor was ordered to pay £10,000 for sharing the picture last year, as there is a global ban on publishing anything about the identity of Venables or Robert Thompson.
Speaking to Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield on Tuesday's episode of This Morning, Tina claimed she had no idea at the time that what she was doing was illegal.
Explaining that she wasn't used to the internet or social media, she said: "I have never, on my father's grave, sent an email. I truly don't know what 'copy and post' is. I am a technophobe."

Venables and Thompson murdered two-year-old James Bulger in 1993 when they were both just ten years old. They were released from prison after serving eight years. Venables returned to prison in 2010 to serve two years after pleading guilty to possession of child pornography. There is a court order banning anyone from publishing anything that could lead to killers Venables and Robert Thompson being identified. Anyone in breach of that order could be jailed for up to two years.
