“Like most women, I’d like to lose another ½st and get rid of my tummy roll, but I do quite like being curvy.

I weigh around 10½st. Last year I was 11½st, which was the heaviest I've ever been (see photo to right).

I put on weight while filming A Place In The Sun in Europe. We'd go out boozing, and I was eating baguettes for lunch, followed by stodgy dinners.

Since then, my weight has slowly returned to normal. I eat healthily and go to the gym four times a week. I hate celebs who say they’re naturally skinny – I worked my butt off to look like this."

Dislikes

My ideal weight is 10st, but like most women, I'm never happy.

When I was a model, 10 years ago, I was a size 10, but I wanted to be an 8. I would often feel demoralised, but I developed a thick skin – I had to or I’d have started taking laxatives, as others did.

The worst experience I ever had was when I went to a casting for an Italian swimwear shoot. They liked me until they measured my hips and found that I was one inch bigger than their ideal.

They immediately wrote "Mucho" right across my picture – harsh!

I'd like a flatter tummy, but I'm too lazy to bother with sit-ups.

I don't think I’d ever consider surgery either – it's a slippery slope. Once you have something done, where does it stop?"
