They’ve been together for ten years, but MTV stars Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra have finally made things official and tied the knot.

The couple married in a romantic ceremony with guests including fellow Teen Mom stars Maci Bookout and Kailyn Lowry.

Tyler wrote on social media just before the big day: "I will be marrying my best friend in 3 days, I can't even begin to fathom how blessed I am! #TheLoveOfMyLife #WillNowBeMyWife."

He then wrote on the morning of his wedding: “Nothing like waking up on the day you marry your best friend... 10 years together and it's finally happening in a couple hours. I can't wait to call @catelynnmtv my wife #BaltierraWedding.”

Speaking about his upcoming wedding to a US magazine, the 23-year-old said: “I believe Cate was brought into this world and destined to be loved by me, cherished by me, admired by me, and forever cared for by me.

“There is no one else I would rather be than her husband and the father of her children. … I’m so honoured and blessed to be able to grow old with her.”

The couple found fame after starring in MTV’s 16 And Pregnant before featuring in spin-off Teen Mom.

Tyler and Catelynn gave up their daughter for adoption after the first series, but became parents again 8-months ago to daughter Nova Reign.
