The 22-year-old tweeted an image of her boyfriend Nathan Griffith, Kai’s father, passed out on a chair— but what many noticed, instead, was the pack of cigarettes on the floor.
The Teen Mom 2 star later confirmed that she hasn’t been able to kick the habit, tweeting: “I’m outside right now smoking a cig lol”
However, when attacked by Twitter users over her confession, she added: "Nobody smokes in my house. We step out on the front or back porch."

"If you or your partner smoke, never share the sofa or bed with your baby."

However they do add: "But breastfeeding will still protect your baby from infections and provide nutrients that they can’t get from infant formula. So don't stop breastfeeding if you're finding it hard to quit smoking. You can use nicotine replacement therapy (NRT) while breastfeeding."
