She made a name for herself after appearing in MTV’s Teen Mom 2 where she had her heart broken after falling pregnant at the age of 16.
Now the 24-year-old has found happiness with new fiance Cole DeBoer.
Cole popped the question to the mum-of-one after taking her to a ‘personal’ place in the woods where he had hung family photos.
Chelsea revealed: “The pictures hanging were of him and I and the three of us as a family."
She continued, telling MTV: "I honestly cannot believe how lucky I am. Finally found my Prince Charming and I get to be with him for the rest of my life!
“I am unbelievably excited, and it feels good to finally have my family that I have always wanted."
Cole reportedly asked Chelsea’s 7-year-old daughter Aubree permission to marry her mum.
But Chelsea had already made her mind up about Cole.
She gushed: “The first time I ever saw Cole, before we even talked, I went home and told my friend Chelsey, ’I just saw the guy I am going to marry.’”
