Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans is reportedly turning herself into police after a warrant was issued for her arrest.
Police were called after the 23-year-old allegedly attacked her ex-fiance Nathan Griffith.
Jenelle’s lawyer Amy Lawrence told Us Weekly that police had issued a warrant for the mum-of-two’s arrest.
She said: “I can confirm that there is a warrant out for Jenelle’s arrest for criminal domestic violence, stemming from an incident that happened last night.
“She is not taking any charges out on him.”
Lawrence added that Nathan is wishing to have the charges against Jenelle dropped.
“He will do everything that he can to get these charges dismissed for Jenelle.”
She added: “He understands that she’s hurt because they’ve broken up, and he’s dating somebody else and things escalated in a way they shouldn’t have. But he does not want her to have any kind of criminal consequence for this.”
Later today, Jenelle will turn herself in to local police at her home in Myrtle Beach, North Carolina.
“We are going to turn Jenelle in tomorrow morning, and we’ll have her bond hearing tomorrow afternoon in Myrtle Beach City.
“They’re also going to work out a custody plan as well.”
Jenelle shot to fame in MTV’s Teen Mom 2 after falling pregnant with son Jace at the age of 16.
Viewers watched her war with mother Barbara Evans and the show traced her ongoing run ins with the law.
