And over the last week the former Coronation Street actress, 23, has been giving followers a glimpse into her holiday photo album as she spent a week in a luxury hotel in the Maldives.
She told fans she's enjoyed a naked swim in her private pool, posting a picture alongside it where she appeared reflective...and naked!
And she continued to share photos of the idyllic holiday including a black and white montage of herself in a bikini - doing little to challenge her selfie loving reputation!
In one snap Helen can be seen enjoying a glass of champers as she lounges in the pool and in another she shares her poolside reading - The Road Less Travelled, a self-help book about how to build a happy life.
Well Helen, we can only imagine in a destination like that a happy life is pretty easy!
