After admitting she was ‘terrified’ ahead of the glittering semi-final, the model Abbey Clancy gave knockout performances with dance partner Aljaz Skorjanec.
The two danced the samba and the American smooth and judge Len Goodman described the blonde bombshell as a ‘natural.’ Bruno Tonioli added that the routine was ‘totally captivating,’ finishing his comments with ‘see you next week in the final.’
Abbey wore a glittering, pink, blackless dress for her American smooth routine and a blue, sparkling halter dress for the samba.
Natalie danced a salsa and a sexy Argentinian tango with partner Artem Chigvintsev. The judges admitted that they found it hard to find anything wrong with the routines, giving them high scores across the board much to Natalie's delight.
Newsreader Susannah Reid danced the salsa and the foxtrot but was met with some criticism, but Len added that she looked like she had enjoyed herself and had put in a lot of energy into the routines, especially the salsa. Nonetheless, she won a straight set of 8s across the judging panel.
Patrick Robinson and partner Anya Garnis didn’t have as great a night as the girls, finishing with the lowest score of the evening.
