In an effort to make his performance authentic, poor Karen has been practicing whilst wearing a mask of Mark’s beloved fiancée Michelle, 26.
After claiming that he can only show romantic emotion towards the former Coronation Street actress, one of the Strictly producers stepped in with the genius idea.
Cute? Or a bit weird…?
Though Karen won’t be wearing the mask during their live, televised performance, Michelle will be in the audience cheering Mark on.

Last week, Mark received a standing ovation, but was branded ‘cocky’ and ‘over-excited’ by the judging panel.
