Jake Sims, of X Factor group Stereo Kicks, has reportedly been caught in his second drugs scandal of the month.

The 19-year-old was shown in a picture, obtained by The Sun, apparently lying in a daze, on a hotel room floor.

The newspaper claimed he was pictured after snorting what is thought to have been Class A drug, ketamine.

According to the publication, the picture was taken 18 months ago and Jake could barely talk or breathe after “taking the drug”.

A source of The Sun said: “He got really thirsty because it dries up your mouth so much and he was struggling to breathe.”

“Stereo Kicks are already role models to thousands of young fans, many of them are school-going age and should not be exposed to this kind of image,” added a show source.

Last month Jake was accused of tweeting numerous references to taking and selling drugs.

It was reported Jake had sent tweets, which included comments like: “She just wanna smoke and f*** I said girl that's all we do.”

References to crack cocaine were also made, although sources claim that these were song lyrics: “I don't smoke crack mother f****r. I just sell it"

Soon after his Twitter account was deleted and insiders said he apologised to X Factor bosses and regrets that his actions were stupid.

Jake’s group was eliminated from the X Factor on Sunday night after losing in the sing-off to 17-year-old Lauren Platt and it appears.

Meanwhile the group were devastated to get the boot from the ITV show and said: “X Factor is the start of our journey and we will keep going. Thank you so much to our fans.”
