And after it's presumed that Steph and Jez have now reunited for the FOURTH time during their turbulent relationship, it looks like Stephanie may have gone for some celebratory lip fillers this weekend.

On posting a before and after snap to Instagram, the 23-year-old former Hollyoaks actress made no secret of the fact that she had had lip fillers. She captioned the snap "Wooo @aestheticallyyou for my lush lips forever the best! #natural #bow #kiss #readyformykisses".

It's clear that Stephanie enjoys altering her image, especially after she went for a drastic hair colour change shortly after leaving the Celebrity Big Brother house - dying her almost jet black hair platinum blonde.

Jez and Steph's latest break-up happened earlier this month, when the tattooed model supposedly cheated on Stephanie with FIVE women.

However, after much speculation as to whether the rumours were true, Stephanie took to Twitter to confirm that all was well between the pair once again. She tweeted "Everyone can hate and say what they like, but at the end of the day I met a boy who I fell in love with. It's been hard with all the press and tweets, have all you not experience heartache. It's been so hard for us. And if you could all see the pain I've been in and him you would understand. Yes you're right and I won't be posting my life on social media. But when you meet someone you love and can't live without, you know it's real".

She continued; "This week has been the worst week of my life and I just want to be happy. Against me or not I'll do what I have to do and follow my heart. Where sets what will be will be. There's a lot u don't know only by what papers say. It's my life and my choice, I might be wrong I might be right... I can only follow my heart & I hope".
