It’s no secret that Stephanie Davis hasn’t had the easiest of times since falling pregnant.

After falling for Irish model Jeremy McConnell in the Celebrity Big Brother house, things went from bad to worse for Steph after numerous claims he had cheated on her before they finally split in May.

And now, the star, whose son is due in January, has revealed she has received a string of vicious voicemails, leaving her shocked and confused.

The former Hollyoaks actress tweeted: “Catching up on some voicemails from last month. I really don't get some people. SORRY then VILE.. Baffling.”

While there is no suggestion the messages are from Jeremy, the pair are not on the best of terms.

Most recently, Jeremy, 26, claimed he wants a paternity test once the baby is born to prove whether or not he is the father, explaining that he believes Steph, 23, had slept with other men during one of their many break ups.

“I was in a position where we broke up for a period of time,” Jeremy told Daily Star Online. “I found out she was pregnant, but in the meantime I knew she was with other people.”

Thankfully, the reality star promised that he would be there for the baby if he finds out he is the father.

“I can't do anything while the baby's in there,” he continued. “When it comes out I would step up to the plate. All I want is clarification. If I find out it's mine I'll be the best dad.

“This is why I don't understand people having a go at me. They think I won't be there for the baby, which is not the case.”

Mum-to-be Steph has also been suffering from swelling and sickness, leaving her feeling unwell ahead of the birth.

She tweeted: “My pain threshold is testing my strength tonight. Bed for me, Feeling so ill right now.”

Meanwhile, Steph has denied reports she is set to re-enter the CBB house in January, for its Gold Stars vs New Stars theme.

She was apparently asked to take part in the show a year after her first appearance – this time with her new-born baby in tow.

“Come on now.. I will not be taking part in CBB 2017,” Steph tweeted. “It was lovely to be asked but my priorities are my son and being an amazing mummy xx.”
