Stacey Solomon and Joe Swash have opened up the doors to Pickle Cottage and let the cameras into their family life on their new fly-on-the-wall show Stacey & Joe.
The BBC One show follows the famous pair as they juggle bringing up their children, their relationship, looking after their pets and their busy careers. As well as their children, Rex, five, Rose, three and two-year-old Belle, and Stacey’s two eldest sons, Zachary, 17, and Leighton, 12, the show also features some of their other family members including Stacey’s sister Jemma and dad David.

However, there are some relatives who don’t make an appearance, like Joe’s eldest son Harry, who he shares with ex Emma Sophocleous, and Stacey’s mum Fiona.
As Stacey & Joe continues on our screens every Tuesday night, let’s get to know her parents a little bit better.
Who is Stacey Solomon's dad?
Stacey's dad is David Solomon. The pair are very close, although he usually stays out of the spotlight. He did, however, recently make his TV debut in the first episode of Stacey & Joe's show.
David was seen arriving at Pickle Cottage two hours later than initially planned after Stacey called him to ask for his assistance in preparing their home for her anniversary celebrations with Joe. Stacey also gushed about her dad, referring to him as a 'modern day Mary Poppins'.
Over the year, Stacey has occasionally posted pictures of David on her social media. Back in 2022, she shared a rare video of him with her daughter Rose on her Instagram story.

Back in 2021 Stacey shared a rare picture of her dad during a trip to the beach with her son Rex.
Not only was Rex there but Stacey's older sons Leighton and Zachary also joined them for a family walk along the beach.
Stacey captioned the post, 'The beach was so lovely yesterday. Joe Joe had work so my dad came and we spent some time together. He's been so amazing these last few months with the move so it was nice to just have some special time with him and the boys...'

She shared another picture with the caption, 'My dad found it hilarious watching me collect shells he said he's been watching me do it since I was Rex's age.
'Rex loved the sea so much. He didn't want to leave even at 8pm. So grateful to have made some memories with the boys and 'grandad'. We are so lucky have you daddy. Love you to the moon and back.'
Who is Stacey Solomon's mum?
As with her dad, Stacey's mum Fiona prefers to stay out of the limelight - she leaves that to Stacey. As a result of this we don't know a whole lot about Fiona.
She did make an appearance on Loose Women back in 2017, where she shared some stories about Stacey's teenage years.

Talking about their relationship, Fiona made it clear it had been a bit strained during Stacey's teenage years.
She said, 'I got to a stage where I thought, "What have I done, I must have been a terrible mother." It wasn't just Stacey, I have another daughter [Jemma]. Both of my girls when they went through teenage years, it really was... tearaways.
'Stacey was the one who always got into trouble and always got caught. She bunked off school, went to the park, went out with her friends and got detention.
'In the end, we took her out of school and she went to stay with her nan. She looked after her for a while, she knew exactly what to do to put her in line.'
While they fell out a bit when Stacey was a teenager, Fiona made it clear she was proud of Stacey and the woman she had become. She said, 'She's still a young woman and when you look how young she is and the things she's dealt with in life, that's what makes me really proud.
'Because I think she's had a lot of emotional issues in her life that, quite frankly, not many people would experience those things. And how she's handled those things, it's brilliant. She's a wonderful mum.'
Are Stacey Solomon's parents still together?
Stacey's parents divorced when she was nine years old. In an episode of her BBC show Sort Your Life Out, Stacey broke down when she started talking about her parents' divorce.
During the episode, one of the guests revealed they had kept items from her marriage to show her kids when they grew up. It resulted in Stacey admitting she wished her mum had done the same thing.
'To be able to save really painful memories for her, which could be massive chunks for answers to her children's questions is a really selfless thing to do. I almost get really sad; when my mum and dad got divorced, my mum let go of everything. I've never seen my mum's wedding dress and wedding photos.
'I definitely almost have a jealousy of watching the girls see all their parents photos and stuff.'
