Stacey Solomon unveiled her brand-new look last week, opting for brighter blonde hair and showing off her gorgeous bikini body in a striking red two-piece during a family getaway.
And it’s all part of the mum-of-five’s new life plan, as she vows to follow her dreams and be brave.
Stacey, 34, wrote on Instagram, “First and foremost, I’m going to just do sh*t, no matter what the little voice in the back of my head says. F**k it. You only live once!
“I’m also not going to make myself small and dull my light to make others feel better. I’d say over the last few years I’ve been a bit of a mug in some ways. I’ve turned down opportunities or taken certain paths because people who I thought mattered have wanted it.
“But I’ve realised the only people who matter are the ones who want to lift you up."
She added she has set new serious boundaries for herself.
“I am also going to stay strong on the power of NO. Saying no is OK and 2024 is going to be the year of being brave enough to say no when I need to and set some serious boundaries,” she revealed.
“But honestly I want to just say f*** it and follow some dreams and ideas I haven’t been strong enough to go for in the past.”
Last year, Stacey came under fire from trolls after being accused of being “too smug” following a number of luxurious getaways.
Another described her trip to Turkey with husband Joe Swash in August as “sickening” and one wrote that the Sort Your Life Out star took “too many holidays”.
But insiders also previously told Closer how Stacey had vowed to take better care of herself this year, after a shock hospital trip last month while on holiday in Jamaica.
They said, “She has promised herself and her family that she’s going to do the best she can to slow things down this year and take better care of herself.”
