Stacey Solomon has taken to social media to open up to fans about a family health scare that has left her in tears.
The mum of three (to Leighton, 12, Zachary, eight, and Rex, one) shared with fans on Instagram earlier this week that her, "Grandma isn't very well 😔."
She went on to say, "Last night was really scary but looking much more positive this morning so we are all hoping and praying for the best... We aren't allowed to visit obviously because of lockdown and as much as we are desperate to give her a cuddle we hope we won't need to visit 🖤."

The 31 year old went on to show followers her adorable day out with her youngest son Rex as they took a trip to the garden centre to see if she could find a gift to send to her grandma.
We reckon some of the bits in Stacey's new collaboration with Amazon could make a great get well soon present.
She told fans, "For now I'm going to keep myself busy as much as possible and think happy thoughts..."
Later in the day, Stacey revealed that partner Joe Swash had surprised her with treats in a cute snap of some Daim bars and a Coca Cola.
She wrote, "I love him so much...
"Having a little sniffle (Actual sob). I'm going to try and have an early night. I haven't slept since Tuesday night.
"We got some more positive news about grandma this afternoon so I'm going to try and stop worrying and catch up on some sleep... 🖤."
Stacey tied up her Stories with a tribute to the NHS, telling fans that she was, "Feeling a bit of an emotional disaster but hey ho 😂."

In a post on her main feed, accompanied by a picture of her and Joe, Stacey continued her thanks, this time to fans, writing, "Thank you all SO SO much for your lovely messages for grandma, knowing she’s in your thoughts and prayers is just so special and you’ll never know how grateful we are and how much it means."
Stacey's grandma is 92 and apparently "strong as an ox," according to the Loose Women star, so we'll be keeping our fingers and toes crossed for her and her family this weekend ❤️.
