The Spice Girls are planning a reunion concert and it could be as soon as NEXT YEAR.

This is very exciting news!

To mark the 21st anniversary of their single Wannabe, the girls are planning a concert in London and according to The Sun, Mel B, Emma Bunton and Geri Horner (nee Halliwell) all met last week and booked a date at Hyde Park for a concert next July.

A source revealed: “Mel B, Emma and Geri agreed Hyde Park would be the ultimate way to launch a reunion next July for their 21st anniversary.”

They continued to say this gives the 90s girl band a year to “make sure their comeback is spectacular” – and we for one, are VERY excited.

Scary, Baby and Ginger are hoping Mel C and Victoria Beckham also want to come on board, but nothing has been confirmed as of yet.

It’s not a proper reunion until all five members are back in the group, right?!

According to report, Mel C hasn’t ruled out a reunion completely but is focusing on her own album right now, and Victoria is still firmly a no.

However, another source did reveal that Victoria does like the idea of becoming Posh Spice once more so that daughter Harper would be able to see her as a Spice Girl.

Let’s hope they both get on board, eh?

Mel B, Emma and Geri were recently spotted together at a recording studio in London in May, and even took to Instagram to give their fans a glimpse.

And Simon Cowell is apparently eager to be the one to organise the big reunion, as he has previously said not signing the Spice Girls is the “biggest mistake” of his life.
