But the pair haven’t been pictured together in a number of months, including at 30-year-old Freida’s 30th birthday in October.
A source allegedly confirmed the split, saying: ‘Dev and Freida have broken up. They have been done for a while.’
Freida has previously referred to her boyfriend Dev as her ‘soul mate,’ but this year remained coy about her romance with Patel.
The Indian star is six years Dev’s senior, with him being just 24.
