Where do you shop for your food ?
Usually at my local supermarket. It's convenient and means I can get everything under one roof.
What are your vices?
Chocolate. I eat all kinds, but my absolute favourite is Lindt
Is there anything you don't eat?
I hate liver and I don't like white bread, which is a good thing I guess. I also try to stay away from soft cheese - I love it but it's really fattening. My husband Jack [Ryder] has a cows' milk intolerance so we have lots of alternative dairy products in our fridge. I don't like soya milk, so I tend to stick to skimmed cows' milk.
What's your favourite food?
I'm a big fan of roast dinners. I love eating roast chicken with all the trimmings. The potatoes have to be really crispy - absolutely delicious.
Tell us about your diet?
I watch my calories and fat intake, but I think I have a sensible diet. If I have a shoot coming up I cut out alcohol, which is easy for me because Jack doesn't drink, and I avoid chocolate. Exercise is what keeps me trim though. It means I can eat a little of anything I like and still stay in shape.
And to drink?
I drink tons of water throughout the day and I like cranberry juice and Diet Coke. My occasional tipple is red wine. I also like a cup of peppermint tea or normal tea with milk.

Nutritionist Kate Cook says:
'It's great to see that Kym eats a little of everything - this can prevent intolerances building up and provides a wide range of nutrients. Her fridge has lots of healthy options such as lean mince, and hoummos is a great vegetable protein that's low in calories and helps to balance female hormones. Kym should try home-made fruit smoothies to curb her sweet tooth. As for being partial to a roast dinner, as long as the meat is lean and there's a serving of veg, there's no reason not to indulge every once in a while.'
